The Northwest FASD Network Leadership Team requests detailed and comprehensive proposals through advertisements in local newspapers across the Network as well as via the network website.

The Northwest FASD Network Leadership Team is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals for the following project:

CREATING A FOUNDATION for FASD DIAGNOSTIC CAPACITY

In this three year pilot project the Network plans to enhance services and increase access to FASD Assessment and Diagnostic services for rural clients within the Network Region. The Northwest FASD Network would endeavor to contract services with an Individual who will act as the Project Manager in assembling the multidisciplinary Mobile FASD Assessment and Diagnostic Team. This would include ensuring training, best practices, evaluation and administration (privacy legislation requirements) to be in place for this traveling clinic.  Contractor must have WCB, 2 million dollar liability insurance and be registered as a Business. Contractor must be based out of Grande Prairie or be prepared to spend 50% of time within access to the city.
